Bio: Todd Hooks

I grew up in Lakewood, moving here in 1971 and graduating from Green Mountain High School, and
I have lived in the Green Mountain community and Jefferson County for 52 years. I am an alum of
the University of Colorado, where I graduated Cum Laude with a degree in accounting.

For 38 years, I have worked the spectrum of financial management, from being a Corporate Finance
Director to a CFO and Controller of companies.

I’ve been a long-standing board member and Treasurer of the Cassie Bernall Foundation. The
foundation provides educational scholarships and opportunities for teenagers to find their way in life
through or all sorts of struggles since the death of Cassie at the Columbine High School tragedy in
1999.

I also fell in love with real estate and have held my real estate license for many years.

Having lived on Green Mountain since 1971, I am here to stay, and I want to serve my neighbors
in the best way possible by listening to their concerns. I have served on the Green Mountain Water
Board for the last two years.
